Rev. Dr. Erik Reynolds
Interim Pastor
Rev. Dr. Erik Reynolds grew up in Oxford before joining the United States Army as an Intelligence Analyst and Paratrooper in 2006. Since 2015, Erik has been involved in ministry in Massachusetts and North Carolina. He serves with the Ministry Training Institute to train pastors and church leaders while teaching at the Berkshire Institute For Christian Studies.
In 2023, Erik graduated with distinction from Liberty University with a Doctor of Ministry. His passions include research and writing in Systematic Theology, Church History, and Church Health, as well as discipling others. Erik and his family live on a farm in Sturbridge, MA, and remain very involved in the community.

Kristin Joyce
Coordinator of Children’s Discipleship
Kristin is our Coordinator of Children’s Discipleship and has been part of the church family since 2021. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Worcester State College and a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University. She has taught in the Sutton Public Schools for over twenty years, starting in fifth grade, then second, and currently teaching first grade.
Kristin is passionate about helping children learn about God and find their place in church. She has a strong belief that it is important to meet kids where they are and to help them grow. Kristin has experience in creating and leading programs that are both fun and educational. She is committed to building relationships with both the children and their families. Also she feels it is important to create an environment where kids feel safe and supported, and where their families feel welcome and included in the ministry.

Robin Reynolds
Communications Coordinator
Robin has been working for Oak Hill for a total of 3 years now. She started at Oak Hill back in 2017 and worked here until her family moved to North Carolina for 4 years. Robin Returned back in the office at Oak Hill in 2023. Robin works as support staff in the office and getting information out to the Church.
Robin lives in Sturbridge at her family farm that she runs with Pastor Erik, and their two kids. If you cant find Robin at the church you'll be sure to find her snuggling with her pups or in the barn with her donkeys.
